Book Recomend

Sorry I haven't done any book recomendations. Here is one. This is a trilogy by Ally Condie called Matached. There are three books Matched, Crossed, and Reached. I am still on book one and my mom is on book three. They are great books, very similar to The Hunger Games. It is set in the future but everyone is equal, same clothes, food, homes, and books. Every thing has been taken away but the things the society has allowed. It is all to help people live longer.

For any of you that think you might be interested in reading any of my books on Wattpad but don't want to join and find out that they are about here are snippets from both of my puplished stories.

The Secret Life of an American Night Owl:

Book one:

I went to scholl the next day with the snow owl fallowing me. I had a week to be ready to go. Well five days anyway. I had more nerves today. The letter and Zarlace warned me of Torlooks. It's kinda hard to not trust an owl that can talk. He said that everything in the letter was true. Torlooks were creatures that serve a very evil being. He said that the Immortals were in trouble and I was the only one that could help them and bring balance to the world. Somehow, it wasn't all that hard to believe. I guess I have somehow known what I really am. I walked into my first period and sat down cautiously in y seat. I looked around to see if anyone was looking at me differntly now that I know what I am. So far so good. I looked out the window to see Zarlace on a sunshade of a classroom window around the corner. Izzy came into the class room and sat down next to me and pinched my sides like she ususally does. This time though I really flinched thinking she was a Torlook coming after me.

"Gosh, Athena! Didn't know this was 'be really jumpy day.' Relax a little bit, it's just me," She laughed and brushed back her hair out of her face. Izzy and I have been friends for the past six years. We are nerdy and act crazy, but we consider me the sane one and her the insane one.

"Sorry Iz, I just have this feeling someone is after me today," I didn't lie to her, I just didn't tell her the full truth. When you find out you are kinda wanted dead by an unknown evil force, you tend to look over your shoulder more. I looked out the window to find that Zarlce had left. Then I started to doubt that I ever saw him. Soon as I thought that, he flew back up on the shade with a mouse in his mouth I was at ease until the bell rang.

I flinched again and Izzy looked at me. "Wow, you really are jumpy today. Thena, no one is after you, just relax will ya?" she scoffed. If only she knew the truth. If she knew that I was a Milliam, then she would understand why I was so jittery.

I couldn't focus in English. My leg was bouncing crazily and it wouldn't stop no matter how hard Izzy held it down with her foot. When the bell finally rang, I grabbed my stuff and ran out of the classroom. I left Izzy behind but I didn't really care. The Torlooks arn't after her, they are after me.

While I was in first period, I saw a person looking at me with an angry face through the window in the door. I could see in his face that he was here for me. I had to get away.

Locked in Down Under:

It was 9:20 and the sun was just setting. Before he unlocked his car he reached into coat pocket and pulled out a blind fold.

"Is that really nessisary, Daniel?" I asked because this was all becoming cheesy.

"Yes, Rick it is!" He replied turning me around to tie the bandanna.

I smiled and he told me to spin 20 times in the street so my sense of direction was off balance. I heard him run to the driver side door and start to unlock the car. I did as he said and started to spin. At spin number five I heard his car failing to start. 'Why does he drive the run down heap of junk?" I thought to myself. I got to spin 15 and heard a largish car deive forward and stop. I felt embarrased that I was fallowing my boyfriend's instructions ans was keeping a car from parking. I hear a sliding door open and felt a hand grab my arm and a cloth was placed over my mouth. I tried not to breath knowing that the cloth was laced with chloroform. Someone started to drag me and I couldn't help but let them because I was extremely dizzy. I finally gave into the cloth when I heard Daniel scream my name. His voice sounded hysterical but then I heard nothing. Everything went blank.

Locked in down under is about a girl named Rickly Tanner who is kidnapped while on a date with her boyfriend. She is taken to a state-of-the-art prison cell. Will she escape? Find out on Wattpad.com Author: Tophfongbe

Dear Blog Readers,
I know it has been a while since I last posted but I have something new to share with you all. I have found this cool new website called Wattpad (www.wattpad.com). On this website you can read stories by other authors, write your own stories, and engage in conversations with other users of the Wattpad. I have started writing stories. They are short stories but that is all I can manage so far. If you wish to read them they here are your directions on how to find them.

1. You must first create an account. Don't worry, it is free. (There is an app for it as well).
